Cascade is a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired luxury residence in Turramurra, designed around the concept of architecture emerging organically from its hillside site. Strong horizontal lines and cantilevered forms echo the natural terracing of the land, while frameless glazing opens every room to the surrounding native canopy.
The material palette is deliberately restrained — board-formed concrete, timber cladding, and frameless glass — allowing the geometry of the form to remain the primary statement. A central void connects all three levels, drawing light deep into the plan.
The project involved complex structural engineering to achieve the cantilevered volumes and was delivered through a full DA approval with Ku-ring-gai Council.
